Ballantine's is a range of Blended Scotch whiskies produced by Pernod Ricard in Dumbarton, Scotland. The Ballantine's flavour is dependent on fingerprint malts from Miltonduff and Glenburgie, blended with 50 single malts and four single grains. The brand has won many accolades and awards for its products. The world's second highest selling Scotch whisky, it has historically been strong in Southern Europe, where it was among the first Scotch whiskies to gain a foothold in the market.

Line Worker (Current Employee) says"People there are lazy and take advantage of new worker's. You see workers drinking in the locker rooms. Nothing gets done by managment. People just screw around all day making lines go down so they can either go drink or sit around and play cards. I would never recommend a place like this. Only if your intrested in being pushed around insulated and made to feel like your life is worth nothing. This is the worst most stressful most unexpected time iv ever had working. The union is what's helping people mess up the future of the company's and the new generation. These people dont deserve having there jobs. I acted as a model employee and worked hard and was there on time, taking no time off and saying yes to overtime. The reasoning I was given by Human Resources was the production schedule had changed and they no longer required me, yet they are once again hiring. I found out from another individual that this company has done this to about 150 people in the past five years. That should tell you something about the company, especially considering the hiring process. Cons: Temp service treatment"

This shouldn't surprise me since that kind of behavior happened regularly while I was employed there. Whether it was talking smack about past employees, clients, or collaborators, the general atmosphere of the firm was catty and toxic. President treats entry level staff like personal assistants Little guidance for entry level staff and interns Unclear goals/objectives Overpromises and under delivers (the optics of this company lead clients to expect over-inflated results, and when they weren't met, low level employees bore the brunt of the frustration) President is willing to throw employees under the bus to maintain her own image Firm seemed to make diversity hires for optics - it was a very white space. I don't know if this is a pro or a con, but I'll list it as a con since it seems to adversely affect most people. This boutique firm and senior management are players. If you do not know how to play the game, there's a high chance you will be used and discarded without thought."
